Do you accept money orders or cashier's checks?
No. We do not accept any form of money order or Cashier's Checks at this time.

How soon can I expect my item(s) to be shipped?
After your order is received and completely processed your order/item/package will ship within three (3) business days NOT including Holidays or weekends. This may take longer if a verification email or phone call has taken place. Buyer will receive an email confirmation with necessary shipping information.

How soon after I return an item can I expect a refund?
All items that have been returned per agreed upon conditions will need to be verified and inspected upon our receipt. After approval, a refund will be issued from us within fifteen (15) business days. You may need to check with your credit card, banking facility or merchant firm as to the actual posting time on your account. Please remember that there is a 20% re-stocking fee and Buyer pays for return postage.

Is there a re-stocking fee for returned items?
Yes. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee. The percentage is of the total cost of the item(s) if the item(s)/package is returned to us for any reason. Please remember that Buyer is responsible for any return costs.

What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receipt per USPS delivery confirmation. >>>>WITH INSURANCE ~~ Buyer must contact seller immediately. Buyer MUST participate with Seller, United States Postal Service and any other agency satisfactorily regarding any claims process. >>>>WITHOUT INSURANCE ~~ Buyer must contact us immediately. Buyer MUST participate with us regarding requests for verification.

How will my item(s) be packaged?
Keeping in mind that packaging materials may be new, re-used or recycled your order will be packed very carefully and with the utmost care. All items are packed with the most secure form of materials. GIFT WRAPPING MATERIALS WILL BE NEW. You may receive your items in an unattractive shipping package but your items should be intact and as described upon receipt. Every effort is put into making sure that each item is secure and safe by any means necessary.

Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available upon request. NOTE: Please be aware that gift wrapped items may require extra packing care & materials. As a result, the final shipping cost may be more than originally listed. Please contact us for a quote by using the "Ask Seller a Question" link found within the item you wish to have gift wrapped.
